• I was born in Trujillo, Peru on October 25th 1974.
• Medic Surgeon degree given on April 2002 by the Human Medicine Faculty “Daniel Alcides Carrion” at the National University “San Luis Gonzaga” settled in Ica, Peru.
• Member of the Peruvian Medical Association, CMP 39329 (Medical Association ID) since April 2002.
• Degree Specialist on Plastic Surgery given by National University of Trujillo, Peru on August 2007.
• Member of the Peruvian Medical Association as a specialist in Plastic Surgery aquired on September 2007.
• Thesis for opting for the degree in Plastic Srugery “MEDICINA HIPERBARICA EN LA PREVENCION DE NECROSIS DE COLGAJOS EN PACIENTES FUMADORES”.
• I COMPLETE MY FORMATION IN:
• Clinica Morillas. Internship program authorized medic by the Medical Internship National Counsil (CONAREME), agreement with the National University of Trujillo, June 2004 – May 2007.
• Pos Medical Graduation Carlos Chagas Institute, Ivo Pitanguy Institute, Plastic Surgery Department of the Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Rio de Janeiro, fellow, August – September 2006.
• PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY:
• Assistant Plastic Surgeon at Clinica Morillas, Lima – Peru.
