MAMMOPLASTY ENHANCEMENT

The majority of patients who demand this surgery feel uncomfortable for the small size of the breasts, in minor proportion the fall of the breasts in light grade and the asymmetry between both breasts.

This surgery provides major volume to the breast, placing an implant; it is going to depend on the characteristics of every breast and on every woman, also on the surgical skill of every surgeon to give a natural aspect, as on the desires of every patient to look better.

Procedure: patient with sedation (in hands of the anesthetist), marks are done in the area to be treated, incision according to the characteristic of every breast, creating the pocket where the prosthesis will go (it might be retroglandular or retromuscular) in the majority of cases it’ll be retroglandular, I place drains which are withdrawn on the 3rd day, I place implants (which might be: inflatable of saline solution, of silicone with smooth covering, with texture or polyurethane) in 100 % of my patients I use implants with covering of polyurethane. Hospitalization of one day.
As a result the patient will get bigger breasts, of a natural aspect.
