MAMMOPLASTY REDUCTION

The excess of mammary, greasy tissue and skin can cause inconveniences such as pain, mammary dissatisfaction, posture and psychic alterations, with tendency to worsen in the course of time. The surgical correction of this deformity needs a technique to reduce, in an efficient and permanent way, the size of the bust, giving it a normal form, and preserve it functions at the same time. It will depend on the characteristic of every breast to choose mammary reduction (decrease of volume and raising) or maxtopexy (mammary raising).

Procedure: patient with sedation (in hands of the anesthetist) marks are made on the breast according to the technique to be used, which depends on the form of the breast and the size, incision and resection of the excessive tissue, new shape is given to the breast, the wounds are closed. Patient needs hospitalization for one day.

As a result the patient gets a smaller size breast, risen and natural shape.
